    Love these!

I had lasik years ago to correct my astigmatism, so I don’t wear glasses anymore to drive or just walk around.. but I still have to wear reading glasses for reading and electronics. I’ve tried them ALL and these are by far the best!!! I always get 6 pair at a time bc I leave…

    AI Family Fun

Gage and his friend Jackson send each other some of the funniest AI photos, so he taught his Dad how to do it and we made some funny family ones. Gage wants the Jedi pics framed on his wall 🙂 Norah Harper makes the cutest little Jedi Princess! 😍😍😍

    TGIF :)

I’m sooooo glad to be feeling better today. I got sick Tuesday and ran really high fever and had body aches, but thankfully I woke up much better this morning. It has wiped me OUT though. Norah Harper and Gage have it but their throats hurt and kids are so much more resilient. It was…

    Sourdough 🦠

Here’s a post from one of my Sourdough Groups and it’s really good information. Posted by Savannah Petersen: I had this memory pop up from my job last year where I worked in a lab as a Bacteriologist/ Mycologist. Does that middle photo look familiar to y’all?? This is why when I see you guys…

    Life is Gourd! 🤍

This is hands down the best variation of sourdough I have ever made/eaten. For those who missed my post about it, it’s just a basic sourdough recipe with the water subbed out with pumpkin puree’ and 50 extra grams of starter. It’s so soft and delicious! Go try it!!! Give em’ Pumpkin to talk about!

    Recovery Works- God is Good.

Just have to share this and brag on my friend/ brother in Christ. I love seeing people recover and be able to share their testimony with others. I met this guy briefly, many years ago at a Game Stop in La. and we became fb friends, but in the last few years, he made a…

    Daily Promt

What are you most proud of in your life? My marriage and my precious children. Hands down. There’s nothing I could ever do on this earth that could bring me more joy or pleasure than my family. There aren’t any perfect marriages, but I can say with all honestly that we rarely ever fight or…

    Amazon T-shirt Haul

I found all of these on Amazon deals. They were all 10$, expect The Psalms one . It was 15$ My daughter is 10, but she likes to wear women’s T-shirts in XS because they’re oversized and a few inches longer than a girls XL. They’re all so cute. 🤍

    Jambalaya🤍

A bayou-tiful Sunday Dinner! I didn’t make it from scratch, but it’s fantastic. The Ragin’ Cajun mix is amazing!! It’s the closest to a homemade jambalaya I’ve ever had. We made 2 boxes. I added 1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken and 1.5 lbs of Conecuh Sausage. Topped with green onion.

    Pumpkin Sourdough

Last but not yeast. 😙 Ok friends, just use your regular sourdough recipe but replace the water with pumpkin puree! I also added an extra 50 grams of sourdough starter. It’s delicious!!!

    Art Spaces

My desk and most of my things are set up in our garage, but I like to have a little area for whatever I’m currently working on, so this little corner changes frequently. 🤍 Right now it’s pottery and painting it.

    Pumpkin Sourdough

I decided to try something new. I replaced the 700 grams of water with Pumpkin Puree. I added an additional 50 grams of sourdough starter as well. The dough feels different, but the stretch and folds were easy. I’ll report back when they’re baked! 🤍🤍🤍

    Daily Prompt

What have you been working on? Organizing and purging. I always say that but it’s true. We sold our home in the north Tampa area and moved to the panhandle in 2022. We ended up renting 2 places that year. It was only supposed to be for a few months until we bought a house,…

    Cowboy Chili 🤍

Always delicious. I made chili last night and it was sooo good. I put different things in my chili, but I make my own seasoning and keep it in my pantry. I usually make about 10x this recipe and keep it in a large mason jar because I use it a lot! I actually use…

I am. I’m tired. What a busy couple of weeks this has been. Gary has an MRI this morning, and I’ve got a lady coming to pick up a box of sourdough starters at 10, so I got up a little early this morning to get my brain turned on. The bus comes to our…

    So much to learn!

I’m enjoying my pottery wheel so much. Today I learned a lot about spiral rolling and how important it is for throwing and centering. The tiniest wobble creates quite a difficult time. I used a lot more strength today than what I should have to. I was having to pull to keep it centered. I…

What could you try for the first time? Well, I have the perfect answer for this prompt. I decided to try my hand(s) at pottery yesterday. 😉 I think I’m really going to enjoy it. My daughter Norah, was quite impressive with it. She seems to be a natural.

    Sunday Sermon 10-6

Here’s some thoughts I have after today’s sermon that I thought I would share. Part of being a Christian means understanding that NONE of us are worthy of God’s love and blessings. When people say that Christians think they’re better than others it makes me laugh because, the hardest part of being a Christian is…
