Do the Thing :)

I feel SO good. I’ve only been on this calorie deficit diet for 5 days but I feel better already. My head feels clear. This is how I feel after I do a long fast. I’m doing 120g of protein a day which is crazy high when you’re doing 1000-1200 cals, but it’s doable. I went over a little on my macros.. my carbs and fats.. but as long as my calories stay low and my protein is high I don’t care.

I’ve never been more committed to anything. I hate how my back and leg/hip feels and I swear I think sugar and the junk in our food keeps our bodies inflamed. I think I’m finally past perimenopause and I feel like my hair and skin are so healthy again. I’m just ready for my body to follow suite!!

Drinking, vaping, and weight fluctuation really wore me down for a few years. You can see it on people. It might be fun, but it’s really gonna show in your face! Puffiness, sunken eyes, just hard looking. I look much younger now than I did 5 years ago. Literally everyone who knows me tells me this, so I’m not imagining it. I was always dehydrated and severely deleted of vitamins and nutrients for almost a year after I quit drinking. My bloodwork was a hot mess. I still continue my b12 & D shots because they help me with energy and metabolism and b12 is ESSENTIAL in healing nerves.

I am stoked!! Today I have very minimal pain. 6 months ago my husband was having to put me in and out of the bath and wash my hair bc I couldn’t even stand to take a shower! So to the Ortho that said I’d never get better without surgery…. NEVER CHALLENGE a stubborn strong woman. We love to prove people wrong!!!!
