Getting it in’ 😉

Gary made me the best Anti-Inflammatory smoothie before work. 🙌🏼

  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup collard greens
  • 5 baby Carrots
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seeds

Delish!!! No supplements or protein. I’m doing a lot of that at lunchtime now because it feels better to my stomach.
