What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?

Oooh. A mushroom burger from Redondo Red Brewery in Los Angeles. It might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten. My second would be street pizza in NYC and 3rd would be stuffed pretzels in Philly.
