I think we have a plan and a goal set now. When I have the energy I’ll post more.

We looked at a model home in a gated community in Pace that’s being started.The area is perfect. Playgrounds, splash pads, tennis courts etc. It’s our goal to do this next year, by the end of the year. It would mean living in a rental during the build, but it’s exactly what we both want. It’s the first time we’ve had a decision that we both immediately agreed on.

We loved this model Home, we could see all of our stuff fitting in it so easily, but there are some other plans that we liked a little bit better than the one that we looked at- but it still gave us a really good idea for the flow of the bedrooms, etc. This one is a four bedroom, but we actually preferred the three bedroom because there’s also an additional office and the bedrooms are much bigger.

I wish that they would allow you to go ahead and purchase the lot, but that’s just not how it works. We’re gonna have to be patient. In the meantime, we’ll keep working to make this house is beautiful and as sellable as possible. We’ll also keep our eyes open because you just never know what could happen in the meantime.

Very excited to have this as a possibility for the near future.
