My left vs. right nasolabial fold (smile line) is crazy.

It’s also really red because I had dermaplaning yesterday.

It doesn’t affect lines, I just get it done because I’m super hairy lol But yeah, it’s real red from irritation and maybe from my Argireline. For some reason, it just doesn’t bother me. That’s my face. That’s an indication that I’ve smiled a lot and when I smile you can’t see it anyway, because it’s part of my face. You only really notice that when I have resting bitch face. lol

I just think it’s interesting how drastic it is from one side to the other. It’s been pretty bad noticeable since my late 20s. It goes to show that there’s a price you pay for being happy. 🤗😆

I could probably go and have something done that would minimize it, but I don’t want to. It’s who I am. I earned it.🤗

I do use Argireline to keep it from getting worse, but it’s not anything that I feel the need to correct. When I smile, you can really see the line on my left side as well. They’re pretty deep when I’m smiling. I always thought they were cute when I was younger.

I didn’t realize that when I got older they were people that would see them as a negative thing. That just goes to show how distorted women have become.

Aging just doesn’t worry me. We’re supposed to age. It’s part of the process. I don’t feel embarrassed about that or ashamed. I think it’s sad that people chase the past so hard.

I’ve loved every version of my life, but I love being older much better than I did my youth.

Just remember when people have opinions about things like that it’s just projecting their own fears. It’s OK that it’s important to them, but it doesn’t have to be important to you. I mean, if it really bothered me, I’d just go do something about it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I like how I looked at 30 and I like how I look now at 49 .

And I’ve got proof that I smiled a lot. 🤍
