Happy Monday. I woke up to dishes clanking and feet pattering. I was sleeping really hard this morning, and I slept until almost 10:30.

I just laid there and imagined what everyone was doing by their sounds. I knew Norah was making cereal, Gary was making protein shakes, Gage was talking about a new game that he and his best friend have been creating for over a year. He probably wasn’t eating, because his appetite seems to kick in somewhere around noon, and then he’ll eat for the entirety of the day. 🤣

They make me smile. I love it when they’re all here. I love summer.

I was planning on laying there a bit longer, but I was excited to see that a piece of furniture I ordered is being delivered today. It’s a cabinet for our kitchen/office area.

I think it’s a coffee bar, but we don’t really drink coffee anymore, so it’ll be a good place to put my mixer. I can hang my attachments, and it will store extra pantry items like protein drinks, protein powders, bottled water, etc.

I’ve gotten so frustrated with hot bottles of water coming from the garage, and having to get them into the drink fridge, and drink cases piling up on the floor in my kitchen.

It’s a really pretty navy blue. I hope it flows with my kitchen cabinets. It’s a very dark navy but I think it will tie in nicely. I don’t want everything “matchy matchy” I like using different shades of blue and I’m all about blue right now. It’s gonna be a blue summer.

Oh, and I spent this morning, changing some of my accounts, so Gary’s crazy ex will stop visiting me numerous times a day. Yesterday I had an unreal amount of hits to my Substack. Absolutely insane- so I’ve just started a new account under a completely anonymous name and I think I’ll be able to enjoy it more like that anyway.

Some people just need a little help moving on with their lives. Like 16 years worth. Happy to help! 🤗
