I’ve lost 41 lbs. I had a goal to do it by July and it’s not even June. I am so proud of myself.
I’ve gotten the protein thing down pat and I’m staying in a calorie deficit with ease now. So much so that I’m able to have more snacks that don’t have protein. There weren’t any extra calories for anything for a while, but now I’ve figured out how to cram it in!
These are 2 of my favorite low calorie treats now.

These are amazing. They’re little iced rice cakes and they taste just like birthday cake. The serving size is a whopping 21 pieces for 90 calories. I usually have 12, but if I want more I let myself have them.

And these are just the BEST!!! 7 crispy coconut rolls for 150 calories. Delish!!
I just had to share because they are both family favorites now. We also found some 90 calorie fudge pops that the kids are loving. I’ll have to look at the brand tomorrow and share.
It sure helps to have things like this on hand.
