I love a Friday!!

We went out for lunch at our favorite Mexican place and I’m stuffed. I’ve been on that GLP-1 since February, so I can’t eat much anymore, but I still enjoy going out. I had the best grilled chicken breast and guac! Delish!

The boy came home early, so that cut our shopping short. He said his stomach hurt and he had a bad headache. It’s probably allergies and his stomach is upset from all the phlegm. I struggle with it too. But I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a call from the school to pick him up before, so I knew he felt pretty bad.

Norah Harper on the other hand 😂🤪 The nurse just laughs when she calls me now. “ Jennifer, she’s FINE but I’m gonna give her a popsicle and let her sit in here for a minute because she is sure she is sick” 😂😂😂 It’s always a miracle, those popsicles. 🙄🤪

She’s gonna miss that next year in middle school! Hah!

The kids are having friends over this weekend to go to the waterpark, but once again, it’s looking like it may not pan out with this weather. If not, I guess they’ll just be watching movies here and hanging out. It’s really hard to plan things like that this time of year. Just because it’s raining in Pensacola doesn’t mean it’ll be raining here, so if nothing else, Gary can walk them to the back dock and let them fish for a little while. They’d probably like that just as much honestly, and it’s free!

This is Gary’s four-day weekend, he does that every other week and we love it. We don’t ever have much planned, but we sure never find it hard to stay busy. There’s always stuff to do whether you want to or not. 😂
