So ready for the weekend!! I had fever the last few days but I woke up today and I am fine. 🙌🏼 It was probably some viral mess. No one else had it so I’m thankful for that. We’re about to head to Pensacola to find Gage an electric drum set for his birthday and do a little shopping downtown.

May is always a busy month for us. The kids are winding up school, Gage and I have birthdays, and it’s usually Mother’s Day too.

Norah Harper has her 5th grade graduation dance coming up, so we have that too. It’s a black and white theme and she picked a really cute dress. She’s growing up!

She wants to wear black converse so bad but I talked her into Mary Janes with the agreement that she can take her converse in her bag in case she wants to change. Compromise. 🤪

So that’s what we’re doing today. Going to look for shoes and drums and I’m sure we’ll grab a bite to eat.

Our little Yorkie is in his last days I believe so I really don’t like being gone, but honestly, he could go on like this for a while. He just barely ate a few bites of food today and he hardly drinks water at all.

He’s 3 lbs now and he used to be 7. Bless him.

I’m so glad we were able to give him a good life though. He’s been the best boy. He was so sick and neglected when we got him years ago.

He’d been in a home with a man who was deceased for weeks. He was in awful shape when we got him and had bad hips. He was only a few years old but had been through so much neglect. He had a collapsed Trachea and his hair was so matted they had to shave his whole body.

We left our Disney trip a day early to go get him in Tampa. Sweet baby.

We all love him so much. It’s so hard to lose our fur babies.
