
This was amazing!! I was totally winging this but it came together perfectly.
I grilled my cabbage for a few minutes on each side to get a little char, then I added a cup of water and let it steam while I made the sauce.
Sauce:
- 1.5 cups of Cottage Cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons of Better than Bouillon (chicken flavor)
- 1/4 cup of Fair Life Ultra Processed High Protein Milk
- 1/2 cup of Hard Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon of Jarlic. (Jarred minced garlic)
Whisk together on medium until melted and smooth. Transfer onto cabbage, toss and enjoy!!!
