I made the best French Onion soup with beef bone broth, topped with reduced fat Swiss cheese. I added Nooch (nutritional yeast) to add more protein,and it acted like a thickener so that was win, and I tossed in some chicken meatballs with feta cheese and spinach in them. Ohhhh my goodness. I made it in my Ninja foodie in under an hour. The sauté option is AMAZING. This is a new rotation in the Alcina house!
Soup (1 cup) cheese and meatballs are all only 440 calories 27g protein.
