I’m trying to do less than 1000 calories for a bit and today I killed it, and I was SO satisfied.

I did skip breakfast. But the calories were so low, I could easily have add something small or a protein shake.

Lunch: 8 grilled nuggets (Members Mark Southern- Chick-fil-A copy cat)

3- Zero Carb Mission Tortillas (they are very small but good!)

2 cups of shredded Romain lettuce

1.5 oz of homemade ranch.

Squeeze of lemon (makes the ranch brighter, so you use less)

I mix my dressing into my lettuce so I don’t OVER dip my chicken tacos. It’s easy to over use dressing and sauces when we dip things.. The sugars add up fast!

Snack: 2 Russel Stover Sugar-Free Coconut Chocolate Bites

Dinner: Air Fried Sweet Potato, stuffed with – string cheese & a pepper jack cheese stick, drizzled with hot honey. Delicious!!! This is going to be a regular thing for me. Amazing!!

I love hot honey, so anytime I can find something to use it on, I’m excited!

Very full and satisfied!
