Today we are celebrating this precious soul. I picked this photo because it shows his necklace we got him for Father’s day. It’s an iron cross I found at Zales and it’s exactly what he’s been wanting. We gave it to him Friday, and we also got him a few t-shirts and some undies so he had something to open today 🙂

It was sweet because I could tell he wasn’t expecting it. It’s hard to surprise one another when you share the same bank account. lol It’s a rainy day so we’re being lazy 🙂 I’m gonna make Steak tacos and Cake tonight, because we took a family vote and no one wanted to go out.

I hope everyone is celebrating the Dads in their life today. My Daddy had his share of problems, but he loved me very much and I miss him. God has given me a wonderful Earthly Step Father in Alan, and a wonderful husband.

I’ve been blessed to have been loved deeply by such fine men in this lifetime.
