We had a fun weekend and indulged the entire time. We had we had Steak n Shake to try out their new tallow fries Friday night, then Hub Stacey’s after the parade Saturday, and yesterday we had breakfast at the Drowsy Poet and then Jersey Mike’s for lunch/dinner.

No more eating out for a while!! I only gained a lb according to the scale, but I did try to make decent choices despite considering it a cheat weekend..I didn’t want to totally blow it. But I still splurged quite a bit.

Today I’ve had:

Lunch:

Wasa Multigrain Crackers (2)

2 laughing cow cheese

1 smashed avocado

Orange poppi

Snack:, a green smoothie with spinach, kale, lemon, apple and liquid vitamins.

And for dinner:

This was so good 🤍 414 calories and 50g of protein! It’s a really big bowl too. I tried to finish it for the protein but it’s a seriously big portion. I didnt have any taco sauce or salsa so I used Jersey Mike’s cherry pepper sauce. It was better than taco sauce. 🙌🏼🙏🏼

So I’m ending my day and started my fast at 7 pm with only 1107 calories for the day. That includes a Pure Protein Bar I had that I forgot to log.

That’s 683 calories less than I allow myself. That’s success! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
