I did a 14 hour fast again today and I’ve been more hungry than usual. So this was my snack to hold me over until dinner.

235 calories 9g protein

1/2 Dave’s Killer Organic Bagel

2 tbsp whipped cream cheese

1 cup of frozen berries (I ate half of them waiting on my bagel to toast).

Don’t be confused by these bagels if you look at calories. They’re the same as most plain bagels but there’s a lot less sodium, higher protein, potassium and fiber.
