Breakfast 🩵

I know no one cares what people eat but I make better choices when I document and take accountability.

I’m really bad about skipping breakfast, but I also know my metabolism loves it when I start my morning with some good protein and nutrients.

I mashed one whole avocado with a drizzle of olive oil, a shake of lemon pepper, toasted sesame seeds (black and white) and a drizzle of balsamic.

6 mozzarella mini bites drizzled with Fig balsamic.

I usually only do one slice of the Dave’s killer bread but I woke up really hungry and I want it to hold me over until lunch. I’m gonna have a protein shake.

And just to mention… Gary made us some beautiful blue cheese burgers on brioche last night, so I splurged! I ate a little more than half of it because they were over 1/2 lb of beef per patty. Huge! We picked them up at Publix and they were sooooo delicious! I may never make my own burgers again. I could have just eaten the meat like a steak and skipped the bun altogether. We didn’t even use the Blackstone.. he just tossed them in my skillet.

Good stuff! If you have a local Publix, they are with every penny. It’s the biggest burger I’ve ever made at home. Delish!
