What foods would you like to make? I want to make homemade marshmallows and marshmallow fluff. I’d also like to make Beef Wellington. That’s two things I always talk myself out of trying because they intimidate me. I failed twice at making marshmallows. They still tasted great but they weren’t fluffy or anything like I…

Dogs or cats? Dogs. I’ve never been a cat person, but we got a cat for our daughter a few years ago and Gary and I were both highly allergic to her. I’m also not a fan of how they smell and shed. I can walk in someone’s house and immediately know if they have…

Yes! Norah Harper’s kitten was the sweetest thing ever, but she made us both soooo sick. Thankfully we had the nicest people take her. I’m allergic to their hair and it was EVERYWHERE! It took me 3 months to stop “feeling” her being here. She was the cutest thing though!

Are you seeking security or adventure? Security 100%, no hesitation. I had enough adventures in my 20s to last a lifetime. By the time I was 30, I’d lived in 7 different states. Now, I love being settled and a little bit of a homebody. We’re blessed to live in a place people vacation to…

If you could host a dinner and anyone you invite was sure to come, who would you invite? Can they be from the past? If so, Jesus! But he would probably fuss at me for running around like Martha did.. 🤣😭🙌🏼 I clean when I’m nervous. But yeah, I’d make fresh sourdough, a steak and…

What do you need to let go of, for the sake of harmony? My irritation over my husbands ex stalking our lives for the past 15 years. Analytics don’t lie. The last week it’s been a significant increase. Wow, shocker. I thought it was better (it didn’t stop but it WAS better), but of course…

What is your favorite genre of music? I’m not sure I have one. I love 80’s music, but it’s an era, not a genre. I guess adult alternative or folk is what I’d say I listen to the most but I like almost every genre of music, other than sad suffering emo crap. I just…

What’s your definition of romantic? This may be weird but one of my favorite things (that is in no way a romantic gesture) but I just love it and how it makes me feel, is when I hear my husband say “Let me ask Jenny what she thinks” or “Yeah, let me run it by…

Write about your first crush. Hard pass. 🙄🤣 Sorry, I’m kidding, but I’m not real big on reminiscing about past romances. I’ll be brief – I was crazy about him all through high school. He was very handsome and popular and I thought I loved him. He left for college and I moved to La.…

What countries do you want to visit? No thanks. 🤣 I mean, in a perfect world I would love to, but in these weird times travel seems scary and risky. But when the kids are older, I’d consider going out of the US. I would like to visit my cousin Mandy’s hotel in Bocas del…

That photo you posted pulls me in, Jennifer. I’d love to see tons more pics of it, but to go there (anywhere)– No thanks. I have always wanted to visit Germany and Israel, but I am not adventurous and being such an introvert I’m not comfortable being away from home for even an overnight, let alone a trip that far. And that’s not even counting the current dangers. That’s one of the reasons I love my blogging community. I get to go vicariously through other people’s posts 🙂
