Yogurt with Trilogy Seeds.

Adding a sprinkle of flax, chia, and hemp seeds to my yogurt has become one of my favorite little nutrition upgrades. These tiny seeds are packed with fiber, plant protein, and healthy omega-3 fats that support heart health and digestion while helping keep you full longer.
Flax and chia are great for gut health and steady energy, and hemp seeds add extra protein along with important minerals like magnesium and iron. It’s such an easy way to turn a simple bowl of yogurt into something more balanced, satisfying, and nourishing without changing the flavor at all.
Let them sit about 15 minutes or even overnight so they can get soft. ♥️
