This is the Asiago Steak Bagel Stack. It’s over 700 calories normally but if you order it like this it’s
570 calories | 51g Protein
Here’s how I order it.
No Provolone Cheese
No Creamy Salsa Verde Sauce
Add:
Chicken (this adds 60 calories but it’s worth the protein)
Basil
Mixed Greens
Basil Pesto Spread on the side (I used maybe half)
Perfect meal! If your calories are low for the day, the free chips won’t hurt you, but I went with the apple instead.

The Ceasar Salad.
Normally 570 calories, order it like this and it’s
350 calories | 13g Protein
I could have added Chicken to this but I have chicken here that I need to use, but the key to this is just swapping the Ceasar Dressing for their Green Goddess Dressing. It’s sooooo yummy!! It’s only 60 calories.
Can’t wait to devour this with some rotisserie chicken tomorrow.
