•Taco Bell’s Bacon Chicken Ranch Fries- Here’s how you order them.
They’re 350-calories
Remove the bacon -60c
Add extra chicken +60c
So you’re back at 350, but doubled that protein.
Add lettuce to make them more filling.
• The Mini Taco Salad
Extra Lettuce
Light Chipotle Sauce
Add Jalapeños (optional obviously)

It’s pretty heavy because of the beans, so it’s a very filling meal. I only ate half of the taco salad bc I was plenty satisfied. Not FULL, but content.
Pretty good. I’m not a big TB fan, so I’d rather almost anything else, but it’s a good option.
My biggest issue with them is all their drinks are super high in calories and all their diet drinks have caffeine. I’m strict about the caffeine thing. I don’t do it at ALL. I don’t even do decaf bc there’s small amounts.
It’s changed my life in terms of anxiety. I’ll never go back to caffeinated drinks.
I mainly miss tea, but not enough to go back to it. Bottled water for me!
