
If you want a good high protein snack, blend 1 cup of Cottage cheese with a little hidden valley ranch seasoning, a squeeze of lemon, ( I added fresh dill just bc I had some) and a tbsp of milk and it makes the best dip. We eat it with pop corners or quest chips. I ate a half cup and a bag of quest chips and got 41g of protein with 282 calories. I use it for chicken wings too!!
