
I crushed it today AND we ate out.
Thats the closest I’ve gotten to my hitting my macros. I usually go over in carbs. It gets harder when you go down to 1200-1300 calories.
Here’s what I ate.
I had the tacos for dinner that I posted earlier.
Lunch: 2 grilled chicken strips and a sweet potato stuffed with pepper jack cheese.
Breakfast: banana and an iso protein drink.
Snack: Fruity Pebbles Nutritional Protein Shake
And I’m sipping on a pineapple protein iso now.
90 oz. of water (including my iso protein clear drinks).
