I ate out a few times this week but I was able to stay on track!

Cup of Tortilla Soup and 8 grilled nuggets-

Popeyes-

339 calories | 39 Protein

3 piece blackened tenders and mashed potatoes.

Chipotle-

Sam’s Chicken Tacos (High Protein menu) 580 Calories | 40g Protein
