I was talking to my SIL this morning and I was telling her all the things I get at Sam’s that I love (she just got a membership), and I decided to make a list I can share with you guys and she could bookmark. She reads my blog bc she loves me and misses me. I’m her favorite. 😜♥️

I’ll try to do this every few months bc they’re constantly getting new things for high protein! I get excited when we go now. High protein is a lifestyle for so many and they’re really good about keeping up with the trends.

Here’s my favorites in no particular order.

• Simply Fuel Protein Balls- (Refrigerator section) Love these for a sweet treat!
• Just Bare Chicken Tenders- these are my favorite! Better than the Real Good tenders. You get more and it’s cleaner meat. No gristle.
• Pop-Corners- Love these! All of them are good.
• Members Mark Turkey Lunchmeat- Always fresh- good to have on hand.
• Egg White Bites- Easy breakfast on the go.
• Dave’s Killer Bread – the only bread I eat besides sourdough. I also love Dave’s English muffins.
• Chobani Greek Yogurt protein drinks- really yummy! Great breakfast. Very filling.
• Probiotic Yoggies- family favorite!
• Spinach & Feta Chicken Meatballs- these are ALL mine!!! 😆
• Grilled Chicken & Brocolli Alfredo Bowls- just like it sounds. Gary is not a fan but I think they’re pretty good considering the macros.
• Grilled Chicken Bites- Chick-fil-A knock off. I like these for salads and wraps.
• Archer Beef Sticks – another family favorite.
• Their Chicken Taco Kit- It’s a no brained for an easy dinner night.
• Chobani- zero sugar yogurt. Always a great price and they’re good.
• Fruity Pebbles Zero Sugar Protein Drink- I LOVEEEEEEE these. Similar to PP’s Birthday Cake shakes. They have a similar taste.

Those are some of my favorite things!!!

I missed Costco so much when we moved here, but I’ve learned to shop Sams and really enjoy it. We save so much money buying in bulk. One day I’ll make a post with their best household items.

Ps: They have 25 lb bags of Members Mark bread flour for all my Sourdough friends. 👍🏼
