I’ve slowly been replacing toxic pans and plastics in our kitchen recently. After finding out our air fryer was a HUGE cancer risk, I started finding out about other things we use too, so Gary ended up surprising me with a Ninja Dual Zone air fryer that had PTFE- and PFOA-free baskets, a Ninja Foodi 14 in 1 cooker, bc my favorite crockpot top cracked and a beautiful new mixer bc my other one smells like burnt rubber when you flip it on. He originally purchased me a blue kitchenaid but the power supply stopped working and we had to return it. We exchanged it for a second one and it did the same thing after I used it a bit, so we went to Target and found this one designed by Joanna Gaines. It’s the Magnolia collection.

I’m going to really enjoy making bread now!! The ninja 14 in 1 has a bread proofer setting AND then you can bake the bread in it. The inside of it can also be used in your oven up to 500 degrees. I’m not sure if I’ll do that bc I like my bread oven, but I might try it to see.

He did really good this year and I certainly didn’t deserve so much, but I know he’s trying to make things a little easier on me bc of my sciatica (which is raging right now). I really enjoy cooking, but I also love anything that makes it easier. I’m admittedly a gadget and appliance lover!

He’ll use all these things too; minus the mixer. I’d always rather have useful gifts. 🙂
