What alternative career paths have you considered or are interested in?
I’d love to eventually have a little Sourdough micro-bakery. Probably just a cart or a stationary roadside hub. Brick & Mortar would be a waste on something like Sourdough in my opinion, unless you were selling multiple things and have other workers. I’d keep it simple.
I worked in restaurants all during my 20’s waitressing and bartending and I can tell you that dealing with the public is freaking hard, but I’d love a little pop up place that I didn’t have to tend to. There are a lot of places here that still operate on the good ole honor system.
I’d could even sell it from my porch. I just might.
I’d also love to illustrate children’s books. I think that would be so fun.
