Gary and I got our new Bible Study books in. Perfect timing!

I’ve been so angry about all these events. I know anger only eats at us from the inside, but I’ve wanted to scream from the rooftops about how unfair and unnecessary it all was. But God promises He will use all things for good, and you know what? It’s already happening. Our church was standing room only this weekend. Bible sales have doubled on Amazon. People who never knew Charlie are now hearing his message, and he’s still saving souls. Just like I said before, his voice didn’t stop here. So I have to remind myself of that truth.

That doesn’t mean I’ll stop posting about Charlie, my beliefs, or my desire for justice. I care deeply about my country too. But I can’t let myself be consumed with anger toward people whose hearts are already full of hate. So yeah, I had to check myself and truth is, we all have to sometimes. I trust fully in my Savior’s plan, and I refuse to become like those who spread hate. My heart belongs to Him.
