I’m wide awake at 5:30 am, but hopefully not for long. These steroids have me going bananas.
RLT is the most relaxing thing ever. It’s the only way I want to sleep now. So even if it’s not doing anything else, it’s helping me to rest.. I can’t sleep with the mask on, so I use the lamp. I’ve also been using it on my back because some people swear by it.

Anyone have any feedback or opinions on it? I still don’t really understand what the other colors are for. I know blue is to kill bacteria and yellow is to reduce redness? I need to learn more about it. I just always turn it on red. 🤷🏼♀️
