Watching the Saints game and enjoying a little skin care and a collagen and blue methylene smoothie!

We’ve been hearing amazing things about methylene blue, so Gary and I decided to try it. I’m starting low and slow, but wow… the potential benefits are impressive.. anti-aging, mood support, memory, detox, anti-microbial, collagen preservation, mitochondria boost, and even possible eyesight support. Basically, it’s like a little helper for almost everything neuro.
It’s actually been around forever (it started as a textile dye), but like with anything new, you want to be careful. I’ve read so many Reddit threads of people calling it life-changing that I couldn’t resist giving it a go.
Now, it’s not some magic “reverse-aging” pill, but it may help slow certain cellular aging processes. Gary’s been on it longer than I have, and he says he can tell a difference if he skips a day. He feels more alert, more focused, and just better overall.
Important safety note: If you’re on an SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, St. John’s wort, or have G6PD deficiency this is NOT safe. It can cause serious side effects. Outside of that, side effects are minimal for most people.
Do your research, start slow, and if you try it, let me know your results!
