Sciatica is very frustrating, but I know it could be worse and I am feeling much less tingling and nerve numbness. I’m sleeping better too.
Gary put our guest bed in the living room, which would normally make me insane.. but it has been so nice!! My bed is very high and this one is just right. It’s a queen so it’s smaller than our bed but it’s nice to cuddle up. I think it’s been kind of healing and we’ve had fun watching movies and it almost feels like we’re camping out or something lol
I want to say that I feel encouraged but then I read about ppl who had this specific injury and didn’t heal for 6-8 months. I just try not to focus on that. I think ppl who post on Reddit and groups and more extreme case too. You gotta be pretty desperate or bored to post on there bc everyone loves to give a worst case scenario. I’m trying to keep it in perspective.
