What a start to this week. 🤣 AC is on its last leg, and the breaker in the living room kept popping. Narrowed the breaker down to the ceiling fan. It must have a faulty wire. Gary tried reinstalling it, and it tripped again. 🙄

Thankfully in addition to homeowners insurance, we have Choice Warranty for all our appliances. They cover all appliances in the house.. even ceiling fans (which is brand new). I highly recommended them bc they will replace pretty much anything, even your fences and it’s just 60$ a month. We have to see what they think about the AC. Since the compressor is still good they may just replace whatever is needed and top it off with freon, but it’s 20 yrs old. It’s the original AC for this house, so we will see. I don’t care, I just hope they come soon.

Thankfully it’s not too hot, it just isn’t cooling like it normally does. It’s hanging around 74 all day but then it does go back down at night. We keep having to go outside and bump it to get the fan going again. We brought down the rolling AC from the attic just in case it goes out.

Anyway, it’s always something when you own a home. I think we’re replacing my kitchen sink this weekend too, but that’s for cosmetic reasons thankfully.

I’m still hobbling around on this boot. I really did a number on myself!! I think we’re going to have to postpone our visit with Jessica (Gary’s sister) and Cameron this weekend. I’m a little bummed but we’ll get together when I’m better. They just went under contract this week for this gorgeous home in Denham, so they’re probably a little relieved to change the date as well.

Their house is soooo pretty! I’m so proud of them!! She’s going to be so happy there. Now that baby will have plenty of room to crawl around for sure!

I love it for them so much!!! Now we’ll have a place to visit more often. 🤍
