I guess both depending on the situation, but I’m pretty headstrong and prefer to lead when qualified. 😂😂😂
I’m not stubborn to the point that I can’t take instruction or criticism from others though. I just prefer to have control if it’s something I think I can do well and I think I can communicate it to others.
