This is a small plate and small portion, so if you wanted to double it you could, but I’d rather have smaller meals and leave free calories for snacks. This is 4oz of Real Good Lightly Breaded Nuggets and 3.5 oz of Great Value Waffle fries.

I still need to get veggies in for the day, so I’ll do a pineapple and spinach smoothie later. That sounds terrible but you can’t taste the spinach at all. 🤍
