If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?
Retard. I just hate it. It shows such a lack of education, empathy and class. It’s not cute or funny, and it’s not how we describe people with disabilities in 2025. Get help.
Also not a fan of the F word because it makes people sound immature and trashy, but it’s certainly a popular word. Gary hates it and he’s constantly fussing at his people for saying it in front of our kids. 🤷🏼♀️ I mean, it’s not like they haven’t heard it. They aren’t sheltered, but they’re not really “used” to hearing it because we just don’t say it. I mean, why would I regularly say something that I don’t want my kids to say or hear?
