Snack!

Here’s my snack before dinner tonight 🙂 Everyone is eating chips and dip and leftover cookies, but I’m sticking to it! Btw.. This snack tray has 2 oz portions. My hand is actually longer than the tray.

I was spending a stupid amount of money on Trader Joe’s chips fried in olive oil. Not anymore. Clancy’s kettle chips have the exact amount of calories, sodium, and fat. They actually have LESS carbs. I only eat 1 oz. so it’s all good.

So I have: (use a scale, volume doesn’t count)

1 oz of fresh mozzarella pearls

1oz Clancy’s Kettle Chips

1 sliced Honey Crisp Apple

1 oz of Santa Cruz Dark Roasted Peanut Butter with zero additives. Ingredients: 100% peanuts.

Very filling! Very delish. We’re having a healthy version of spaghetti for dinner. It’s the same recipe I posted last week.
