Just a little reminder for Winter…

It’s taking my dough on average 2 hrs longer to proof. It’s been mild temps here in Florida, but the lack of sunlight the last few days have my granite countertops FREEZING. I sat my glass proofing bowl on my butcher block last night to prevent it from staying so cold and it still took almost 10 hrs to fully proof. Be patient! 🤍
