Look at this gorgeous bread. I tried my Brandani Dutch oven just to see what it would produce and I’m so impressed! It’s THE biggest boule I’ve ever made. Not the prettiest, but the biggest by far! I wish I had a normal boule to compare it side by side. I didn’t change the measurements at all. 😍 Very nice. I’m still gonna use my Le Creuset because it’s so much lighter to handle, but I am so impressed with how great it did.
