Supplementing and being more aware of what I’m eating seems to be keeping it away!
My supplements are lengthy but worth it. Here’s what I’ve been taking daily for both skin, stress and digestion:
Morning
- 4 Women’s Smarty Pants Multivitamin Chewables
- Quercetin 500 mg
- Rhodiola 500mg
- Bromelain 500mg
- Omega 3 2100mg
- Mushroom Complex 6200mg
Night:
- 600mg Calcium with D&K
- Magnesium Glycinate
I really believe it’s all been helpful. I’m sleeping well and overall feeling much better. I’ve never been one to take anything. I don’t even like taking good meds. I had my wisdom teeth cut out last year and wouldn’t take anything but Advil. I have pretty bad medication anxiety, but I’m really glad she’s gotten me past some of that.
