
Tropical BBQ seasoned chuck roast is in the crock pot.
Gary’s Mom and Richard are coming tomorrow, so I’m making BBQ Beef & Queso nachos.
We all used to eat them at The Shed in Biloxi, and they don’t have them on the menu anymore, so I thought I’d treat us!
It’s white queso with pico, lime cilantro, sour cream and black olives topped with pulled bbq beef.
I’m going to have mine on protein chips with a tiny bit of cheese and sour cream but I’m still gonna enjoy it! 😊
