I got this RLT mask a while back but never even messed with it. We have a lamp we put on at night but it’s only red light and I was reading about White Light so I pulled it out (it has white, red, blue, purple, green, orange and cyan) and now we can’t stop using it. It feels really good and it makes us relaxed. Gary was snoring lol
