400 calories/18 grams of Protein
This is a breakfast I have regularly when I’m watching what I’m eating. Sometimes I add 2 slices of turkey bacon and have it as a dinner or lunch which makes it 600 calories and 26g protein.
- 2 slices of Dave’s Killer 60 calorie thin sliced bread.
- 1 pack of natural butter flavored instant grits with black pepper
- 1 Wholly Guacamole – Smashed Avocado plain with nothing added.
- 1 Light Laughing Cow cheese

I can’t believe how much smashed Avo is in these cups. I always overlook them, but I picked up a box a while back and I’ve been hooked ever since. I still have a lot of avocados in my freezer but these are great for a quick meal when I haven’t thawed one out. It’s just plain smashed avocado. It’s like 5$ for a box, so you can’t beat that! I get the minis and they’re perfect.
