My husband is a Taco Bell fanatic, so anytime he can talk me into it, he’s a happy guy. 🤣 I prefer the taco truck in town and more authentic Mexican food, but I’ve found a few good options to stay on track with my food goals.

I had the bean burrito, which is very large, and the Chicken soft taco with SHREDDED slow roasted chicken.
I could easily subtract some calories because I tear off a huge amount of the tortilla.
Anyway, it was SO filling and less than 600 calories with a whopping 29g of protein.
In combo with my protein bar this morning I’ve had 48g already. My app says I’m eating on average 1487 calories a day and getting 52 grams of protein. 👍🏼 I’m allowing myself 1900 so that’s really good. And I’m tracking EVERYTHING. Even cough drops lol
