Are you more of a night or morning person?
Both, kind of? We don’t wake up super early. We get up at 7. Norah’s school starts around 8:15 and it’s right up the road from us. Gage goes in close to 9. I’m pretty productive in the mornings. I get a lot of energy naturally at night too though. 🤪 I do crash in the afternoons pretty often, but then I catch that second wind. I usually go to bed around midnight.
In the summer I stay up really late and love sleeping in and so do my kids! We are definitely night owls when they aren’t in school.
