Doing the Thing

Well, my bloodwork doesn’t indicate that I have autoimmune, so there’s either something going on we haven’t yet discovered or my b12 and D being that low simply wreaked havoc on my body.

You can get rashes from low B12 but it’s more likely related to hormones or a food allergy, so I am still going to be extremely careful with what I’m eating and watch for any symptoms. People’s allergies can change quite a bit after 40. It’s also possible I have a histamine intolerance. One day at a time. It sometimes takes a long time to pinpoint things like this.

I’m trying to eat some Dave’s killer bread this morning, just to see how my body responds. It’s my very favorite bread and I’ve always felt like it was good for me.

Mashed avocado, flax seeds and balsamic.

I’m going to continue to try and nourish my body with good things and try to take notice when things make me feel poorly.

One day at a time.
