I’m having to really use my brain when we’re out and about and eating.
Today around 12, we picked up Chick-fil-A on our way home. I got a wrap AND 12 nuggets. No fries or drink. (I skipped breakfast). I used one Polynesian sauce, one honey roasted bbq sauce and their fat-free honey mustard dressing for the wrap. I usually use the avocado lime but it’s 310 calories. Not that I’d ever use a whole pack (not even half) but that’s still a lot higher.
I ate half of the wrap and nuggets.

For dinner I had the other half of the wrap wrap and nuggets.
For a snack I had Guacamole and Tortilla Chips. I had 55oz of water and 2 cups of vanilla almond milk throughout the day.
I came in at a whopping 97 grams of protein and I only ate 1449 calories.
