Low Histamine Meals

A few meals I’ve had over the last 2 weeks. I know everyone’s tolerance is different and I’m finding out what mine are, but there are ways to do it and you can eat really well! I already feel better by just lowering the amount of processed food I’m eating. Real food just feels better.

This is an old photo from last year, but I made this minus the tomatoes and pineapple. Chicken thighs stuffed with tropical flavored rice (turmeric, paprika, garlic, onion, brown sugar, pink salt, smoked paprika) and air fried Brussels.
