Yay! Our friends are still here waiting for their power to be restored, so we’re about to head out to Pensacola to shop for a bit. I’m gonna go look at a pottery wheel at the Pot Shop. I think I’ve talked myself into getting one. I need a new fresh hobby and I’ve always wanted to get into it. I’d like to actually make useful things for my home.

We’re just trying to enjoy an unfortunate situation as best we can. I know they’re so nervous about their roof and home, but we’re hearing there’s no gas and it will be a while before power is restored.

Big kudos to my husband for being amazing this week too. He’s my rock, he’s my rib!! 🙏🏼🤍 He just makes things work. He has kept these kids busy, and helped keep me going. From airing up bicycle tires, bandaging up boo boo’s, cleaning the pool, and doing homework… he helps me keep things on track. He’s amazing. We’ve all needed his pranks and silliness too! 🤍
