Our friends from Tampa will be arriving any minute and they’ve been in the road trying to get here since 3am. They’ll be with us until it’s safe to return, and we also have another family that might stop here on their way through to stay the night, so it’s going to be a packed house. I’ve spent all day prepping for some meals and just figuring out where everyone will sleep. We will make it work!! I’m so nervous for all our friends and family.

Our friends have lived in FL their whole lives and this is the first time they have ever evacuated. Their roof took some damage in the hurricane last week so we are so thankful they made the decision to leave. I pray they will have a place to go home to.
