I finally got the 6 quart AF with the dehydrator setting! They never EVER have it in stock at out Walmart in white icing, but they did yesterday!

I sell my sourdough starter at a little consignment shop and the local hardware store here, so I have to dehydrate weekly. This frees up my oven, AND it’s not solely a dehydrator.. so I can use it for other things and not have a huge contraption on my counter. My oven has a dehydrator/proofer but it takes 12 hours and then I can’t use my oven.
I have batch of babies from my Mother starter getting ready to be dehydrated once they double.

They get fed and when they double they get spread evenly on parchment, layered, dehydrated and then put into small envelopes.
